Bass Pro Shops Regional Sales Coordinator in Springfield, Missouri


The Regional Sales Coordinator serves as a Dealer Liaison to promote healthy business relationships between our Dealer Network and Tracker Marine Group. This is a highly visible position with communications ranging from Dealership Principals to Tracker Marine Group Management and Manufacturing Plant Associates. High level of Professionalism is required. Overall objective is to promote compliance with Tracker Marine Group’s Sales Program by product fulfillment.


  • Monitor and manage the product cycle from order entry to the point of shipping. Ensure the accuracy of orders received online and through manual input.Decide how orders get processed by redirecting inventory and reprioritizing orders as necessary. Utilize all available reporting tools including Excel Spreadsheets, Supplier Partner Websites, Business Operating Systems and Intelligence Software.

  • Thoroughly understand the mechanics of our Business Model including our product stocking and replenishment system which ultimately results in budget attainment.

  • Provide support to External Sales Management Team through daily interaction, including information on order statuses.

  • Handle a large volume of email and phone communication in a timely fashion relaying product order status.

  • As the Dealer’s primary point of contact, have a working knowledge of other colleague departments to swiftly connect them to the correct party.

  • Travel to support functions at Dealer Conferences, Training Summits, or Boat Shows.

  • Flexible and capable to take on other projects given by Sales Management Team.


  • General Understanding of the Boating Industry

  • Associate must be detailed in handling retail sold custom orders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Seeks to provide world class customer service in all daily encounters

  • Professional demeanor and appearance

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, KBM/AS400 Business Software functionality

  • Driven, takes initiative and ownership with assigned region and projects

  • Must work well and closely with other Regional Sales Coordinators
